The Mojito is one of the most popular cocktails as soon as the good weather starts. This drink, made with rum, lime, mint, sugar and carbonated water, is perfect to refresh while having a good time with a delicious cocktail. But it has alcohol, so many people can’t or don’t want to drink it. So today we are going to bring you the non-alcoholic version of the classic Mojito. Perfect to refresh you with a sweet drink and suitable for everyone.
This drink is very similar to the Nimbu Pani, from India. There, there is a very popular refreshing drink, whose elaboration is very similar to the mojito but omitting the rum. It also contains a small amount of rose water.
How to make Mojito non-Alcoholic
To try this great cocktail, as with the original Mojito, there are many possibilities. For example, you can substitute the lime for lemon if you prefer. Also, mint for mint. Or use sparkling water or a lemon-flavored carbonated water soft drink.
All this is a matter of taste, and will depend on the touch you want your mojito to have.
You can also reduce the amount of sugar (or even omit it) if you want it to be lighter and healthier.
