Ingredients

  • 450 ml Sparkling water
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 10-12 leaves Mint
  • 2 Limes
  • Chopped Ice

Instructions

  • Wash one of the limes well, cut it into small pieces (including the skin) and divide it between two glasses. We also add the mint, previously washed, and press lightly with the pestle of the mortar. Be careful not to break the mint leaves, we just want to release the aroma and flavor, but it is best not to break them, or at least not too much.
    2 Limes, 10-12 leaves Mint
  • Add the brown sugar and the juice of the other lime and mix well to dissolve the sugar.
2 Limes, 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • We also add the crushed ice and sparkling water. Stir all the ingredients gently.
Serve with a straw and garnish with some mint leaves or a few slices of lime or lemon.
