A liquid drink and very pleasant in texture; or, if we do not have a blender, we can do it with a mixer, although it is less advisable. Because the blender does not extract the juices from the ingredients we use. And, when straining the result, we will lose great part of the flavor, since it is only going to grind the ingredients, not to extract its juice as the blender does.
Regarding the spinach, use the most tender and smallest spinach you can find, the ones used for salads, since they are the ones that will give the best result.
