We can make our sauce with milk or cream. We have chosen cream to give it a creamier texture, but you can substitute it with milk. First of all, we are going to sauté the onion and then add the sliced mushrooms.

Although it is not necessary, because if we are going to use it to accompany meats, it will also be great with the sliced mushrooms and without crushing. Ingredients
- 1 Kg Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 glass White wine (Small)
- 1 Nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt
- 2 Tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Start by washing the mushrooms well under the tap. Remove the stem and cut the mushrooms into slices. Set aside.1 Kg Mushrooms
- Peel the onion, chop finely into small cubes. In a frying pan, put the two tablespoons of butter. When it melts, put the onion over medium heat and cook until it starts to become transparent.1 Onion, 2 Tbsp Butter
- When the onion is transparent, add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes.1 Kg Mushrooms
