Today we bring you a recipe that I love, and is that although the dishes full of color are very striking and make us want a lot, today we bring the opposite: a green salad recipe, everything is green. It is made with spinach, avocado, peas, peppers and kiwi.
It looks great, it is delicious and it is also very healthy, easy and quick to make.
Eating healthy is essential to maintain good health and a good lifestyle. And to achieve this, the Mediterranean diet is a great ally to maintain a balanced weight and good health.
And salads should be the basis of our diet. Some elaborations that every day should be included in our menu. Either as a first course, or for a light dinner.
For that reason, today we bring you a wonderful salad of the most colorful, the green salad recipe. A salad made with avocado and spinach.

Spinach and Avocado Green Salad Recipe
This salad is very simple. We are going to use spinach, avocado, wiki, fresh peas and green bell pepper. But you can add many other ingredients and give it a different touch of color.
Then, for the dressing, we are going to prepare an olive oil and lime vinaigrette, you will see how delicious this salad is!
Green Salad Recipe
- 200 g Baby Spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Kiwi
- 1/2 Green Pepper
- 5 Fresh Pea Pods
For the vinaigrette
- 1/2 Lime
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Start by washing the spinach, drain well. Put in a bowl.
- Peel half an avocado and cut into cubes. Add to the bowl.Do the same with the kiwi and bell bell pepper.
- Peel the peas and remove them from the pods. Add to the bowl.
- Once all the ingredients are ready, in an airtight container, put the juice of half a lemon, a dash of oil and a pinch of salt (to taste), close the container and shake well until the vinaigrette is integrated.
- Dress the salad with the vinaigrette and mix well. Now you have a delicious green salad ready.
As we said, you can add a touch of color with a little pomegranate or blueberries to create the perfect contrast in both color and flavor! You can also add some dried fruit.
This salad looks beautiful, it is an ideal option to put as a starter at any meal and surprise your guests with this colorful and healthy dish. It is also a perfect option for dinner, as it will be ready in less than 15 minutes and it is very light and healthy.
