Ingredients
- 400 g Chickpeas (Cooked)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- Salt
- 1 Tsp Paprika (to taste, sweet or hot)
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- Preparing the hummus really couldn't be easier. Let's prepare all the ingredients. We squeeze the lemon, because we only need the juice.If the chickpeas are from a jar, wash them very well under the tap.
- In a blender glass, put all the ingredients and grind well, until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture.Serve with a little more paprika on top, and a drizzle of oil.
