How to make Oregano, Garlic and Dried Tomatoes Flavored Oil
Unlike other oils, in which it is usually enough to mix all the ingredients and let it rest; on this occasion, in order for the oil to be well impregnated with the flavor and aroma of the dried tomatoes, we have to infuse it.
Although you do not have to worry, because its preparation is as simple as that of any other flavored oil.
It will be enough to put the oil in a small pot and, when it is hot, add, at least, the dried tomatoes. Lower the heat to the minimum and cook for an hour or an hour and a half. While we put the fire, we can also include in the oil the garlic and the oregano. This way they will release more flavor than if we add them later. Although you can cook only the tomatoes and add the garlic and rosemary to the jar where you will keep the oil.
Let’s see the recipe step by step:
