We have to make a kind of paste with the leaves, and when it is ready, grind it for a few seconds with the oil. Just enough so that both ingredients are integrated but without emulsifying the oil. Once mixed, we have our oil ready to use in all the dishes we want.

- 125 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
- We grind the basil very well, if we have a food grinder, the better. If not, we can chop it very fine or use the mortar.
- Make a paste with the basil and then mix it with the oil.When the basil is ready, add the oil and mix well. If you have done it with a blender, blend it with the oil for a few seconds. (Add a pinch of salt if you want).
- Once ready, store in a glass jar. Now we can use it in our favorite dishes.

Store it in the refrigerator. In an airtight jar, it will keep in good conditions up to 1 month.
