The trick to make it creamy is to add butter when we have mashed the potatoes. With the heat, the butter will melt, making it much more juicy and creamy.
You can also boil the potatoes in half water and half milk. They will take on a very good mild flavor.

Ingredients
- 35 Oz Potatoes
- Water
- Salt
- Butter (to taste)
- ground pepper
Instructions
- Start by putting the peeled and diced potatoes in a pot with water to cover them and add a teaspoon of salt. Bring it to a boil over high heat, as soon as it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and let the potatoes cook until they are tender, about 25 minutes.Check that they are ready if you prick them with a fork and they are tender.Water, Salt, 35 Oz Potatoes
