The only thing we have to take into account is the rest so that the ingredients used release all their aroma. The rest will not take us even 10 minutes. Otherwise, another option is to do it in the same bottle where we bought the oil, as long as we have room to put the rest of the ingredients and they fit through the nozzle; so it will depend on the type of bottle.

Remember, before using it, to strain it to avoid pieces of basil leaves from falling out.
Basil and garlic flavored oil recipe
Ingredients
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- 1 bouquet basil
Instructions
- Before starting we will sterilize the glass jar where we are going to make the oil. It will be enough to boil it for a few minutes in water.
- When we have our clean jar, we add the oil, the peeled garlic and the basil leaves also cleaned (remove the stems). We can wash the basil under the tap, but it will lose too much aroma. An alternative is to wipe the leaves with a cloth.250 ml Olive Oil, 4-5 Garlic cloves, 1 bouquet basil
- Once we have all the ingredients in the oil, we will keep it in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight, for about 30 days. After that time, it will be ready to use.

Uses for basil and garlic flavored oil
This oil can be used in the same way as a normal oil. In all the recipes that we need oil we can use this rich and flavorful oil.
