Recipe of Tapenade with Basil and Garlic Oil
The traditional way to prepare Tapenade is in a mortar and pestle. But we can always speed up this work by using a blender or food processor.
If you want to give it the characteristic texture, do not grind it too much. Some uncrushed pieces should be noticeable. But if you prefer a smoother and finer texture, grind all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous texture. It will depend on your taste and the use you want to give to your Tapenade with Basil and Garlic Oil.
The rest, is simply to grind all the ingredients well, until you have the desired texture, and that’s it.
