As soon as the good weather arrives, gazpacho becomes a must in our diet. It is a very refreshing and moisturizing dish, it is easy to prepare and, in addition, it is delicious. But, if in addition to being easy to make, we can simplify the recipe even more, we will never be short of it in the fridge. And that is exactly what we are going to get with this Gazpacho recipe in Thermomix. A much simpler way to make this classic of our gastronomy.
Although we are sure you all know this dish, let’s see what it is. Gazpacho is a typical dish of Andalusian cuisine, although it is already a classic of all Spanish gastronomy. It has even become very popular internationally as it is an icon of the Mediterranean diet. A dish so simple to prepare, so healthy and with so many nutrients, cannot be missing in any diet.
It consists of a cold soup made with raw vegetables. It is made with tomato, green bell pepper, onion, cucumber and garlic, all seasoned with water, oil, vinegar and salt. This mixture is crushed until a homogeneous and smooth drink is obtained, which will delight everyone in the hottest days.

How to make Gazpacho in Thermomix, a very simple recipe
Although it is true that gazpacho is very easy to make, if we are lucky enough to have this fantastic food processor, the Thermomix, this recipe will practically make itself.
First we are going to wash and cut all the ingredients we need: tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion and garlic. Once cut, put them in the Thermomix and blend on speed 5 for about 30 seconds.
Continue adding the vinegar, oil and salt, blend again, and finish with the cold water. Once ready we are going to test it, in case we need to correct the vinegar or salt. When it is ready, we are going to let it rest in the refrigerator so that it is very cold before serving. And we will have ready a wonderful Gazpacho in Thermomix.

Andalusian Gazpacho Recipe in Thermomix
Ingredients
- 1 Kg Pear Tomatoes Ripe
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Chives
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 250 ml Water
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3-4 Mint leaves Optional
Instructions
- We start by washing the tomatoes, and the bell pepper. We cut into pieces and put them in the glass of the Thermomix. Peel and chop the cucumber, garlic, onion, and include them in the glass.
- We are going to grind at speed 5, for about 30 seconds. After that time, add the oil, vinegar, salt (and mint if we have included it), and blend again at speed 7 for another 30 seconds.
- Finally, add the water and mix for the last time, at speed 5, for 15 seconds. Now you have ready a spectacular Gazpacho in Thermomix.
Some tips to get a Gazpacho de Diez
- When it is ready, if you want your gazpacho to be smoother and have a more homogeneous texture, strain it before serving. Although the Thermomix blends it wonderfully and you can serve it as is, try both ways and choose the one that suits you best.
- If you do not want to strain it, but you want a more homogeneous texture, peel the tomatoes before including them in the recipe. To peel the tomatoes easily, it is best to blanch them for a few seconds in boiling water. Put a pot with water and bring it to a boil. As soon as it starts to boil, add the tomatoes for about 30 seconds. Take them out immediately and you will see that they peel very easily.
- It is essential to use good quality ingredients for our Gazpacho in Thermomix is ten. Buy fresh and quality vegetables, because it is a raw dish and I assure you that you will notice the difference.
- Do not overload the Thermomix mixing bowl. If there are too many ingredients and do not catch well it is preferable that you make two or three batches, but without being too full so that it can grind the ingredients well.
- Remember to serve the Gazpacho well chilled, as it will be much better.
