Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 400 g Pear Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red onion
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Mint leaves For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the ingredients well. Peel the onion and cucumber, chop. Wash the strawberries very well and remove the leaves, the same with the tomatoes. Wash and remove the seeds from the bell pepper.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add the water, oil, vinegar, salt, blend well until everything is homogeneous and there are no pieces left.
  • Once ready, we pass it all through a fine strainer and reserve it in the refrigerator so that it is well chilled at the time of serving.
    Now you have ready a spectacular strawberry gazpacho of the most refreshing and healthy.
