Put the mixer right at the bottom of the glass and, without moving it, start beating at low speed. Do not move the mixer until you see the mayonnaise begin to thicken and rise to the top. Start adding the second cup of oil slowly, while continuing to whisk.
2 Cups Sunflower oil
Gently move the mixer, so that one side of the mixer rises slightly. But very slowly, continue with these movements until all the ingredients are integrated.
Your delicious homemade mayonnaise is ready.
