Jade
A very original and delicious alternative to the classic Russian salad. It is so versatile that we can make a multitude of recipes based on the traditional salad, as on this occasion in which we include prawns.

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 300 g Cooked shrimps
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Carrots
  • 5 Crab sticks
  • 1 can Corn
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt

Instructions

  • In a small pot put the eggs and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook for ten minutes from the moment it starts to boil.
After this time, cool under the tap with cold water. Set aside.
  • We continue cooking the vegetables.
Wash the carrots and potatoes well and, without peeling, put them in a pot with water and a teaspoon of salt. Cook for about 30 minutes, until they are tender.
  • When the vegetables are tempered (so as not to burn) peel them. Cut them into small cubes and put them in a bowl. We also incorporate the drained tuna.
  • We will also incorporate the peeled and diced eggs. The same with the cooked shrimps, previously peeled, which we will cut in small portions. Also add the can of corn, drained, and the finely chopped crab sticks.
  • Let it cool, add the mayonnaise (to taste), mix well and we have a great Russian salad with prawns.
