Ingredients
  

  • 8 g Chamomile flowers
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 Tbsp Honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Put the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add the flowers in an infuser when the water begins to boil. Lower the heat to the minimum and cover the saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • After that time, remove from the fire and let it infuse for about 5 minutes. Remove the chamomile flowers and add a teaspoon of honey. Mix with the lemon and lime juice and serve.
  • If you prefer to serve it cold, allow it to cool and then put it in the refrigerator, serve it with some mint or mint leaves and that's it!
