Infusions are very healthy drinks with a multitude of properties. And the best thing is that we can give them our touch by spicing them with the ingredients we prefer. As in this infusion of Chamomile lemon-lime. An ideal drink both to take hot and relieve cold symptoms, and to take cold and refresh us in summer.

Also, as we said, lemon-lime chamomile tea is great both hot and cold. Take it very hot on cold days, to tone the body and prevent or improve the symptoms of colds. Or let it cool for a few hours in the fridge and serve it chilled on hotter days. You will have a delicious and healthy refreshment of the most natural.

Lemon-Lime Chamomile Infusion Recipe

You will see that preparing this chamomile infusion with lemon-lime flavor is very simple. Remember that it is always better to buy infusions as natural as possible. You can go to any herbalist and get the dried chamomile flowers to prepare this infusion. It is always better than buying the classic tea bags.

In addition, the great advantage is that we can give them a multitude of different flavors depending on what ingredients we add. As we do in this case with lime and lemon. And, if what you want is to make a very healthy soft drink, increase the amount of lime and lemon juice and reduce the whole mixture with more water. You will see how you get a very healthy soft drink that everyone will like.

And, without further ado, let’s see how to make this lemon-lime chamomile infusion step by step. You will see how easy it is!
