Ingredients
- 8 g Chamomile flowers
- 400 ml Water
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 Lime
- 1 Tbsp Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Put the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add the flowers in an infuser when the water begins to boil. Lower the heat to the minimum and cover the saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes.
