Fitness Pancakes Recipe

A great and light recipe to make very healthy pancakes, perfect for those who want to take care of their figure.

- 120 g whole oat flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 Tbsp natural sweetener
- 4 egg whites
- 120 ml Skimmed or vegetable milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
We start by mixing the dry ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In another bowl, add the egg whites and beat well. Add the milk, vanilla extract and sweetener. In this same bowl we are also going to incorporate the dry ingredients, mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. *If it is too thick, add a little more milk. In a non-stick frying pan, add a few drops of oil and spread it well. When it is hot, put a little dough and cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Then, turn it over and finish cooking on the other side.
Repeat this process with all the pancakes. Try to add the same amount of batter each time, so that they are as homogeneous as possible.
Serve the pancakes with the toppings of your choice, such as fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, nuts... And now you have great fitness pancakes.
