- 1 Onion
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- Bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp yeast
- Salt
First we are going to cut the onion into rings. We will not make them very thin to avoid breaking them (about 1 centimeter). In a plate, put the flour. Dredge the rings in it and set aside. 1 Onion, 1 Cup Wheat Flour
Prepare another plate with the bread crumbs.Mix the remaining flour with the milk, the yeast and the beaten eggs. Dredge the floured rings in the mixture and then dredge them in the breadcrumbs. While we finish breading the onion rings, we put the oil on the fire. 1 Cup Wheat Flour, 2 eggs, 1 Cup Milk, Bread crumbs, 1 tbsp yeast
Fry the onion rings, without adding too many at once so that the temperature of the oil does not drop and they do not stick together.Fry until golden brown to taste. Once ready, remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.Serve with sauces to taste.
