- 2 Cups Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Cup White wine
- 4 Tsp Sugar
- 2 Oranges
- Pepper
- Salt
In a small pot we are going to add the orange juice, the white wine and the cranberries, put it over low heat, and leave it for about 10-15 minutes.Add the sugar, mix well, and let it cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. 2 Cups Cranberries, 1 Cup White wine, 2 Oranges, 4 Tsp Sugar
Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and blend the mixture until it is completely homogeneous. You can add some more cranberries for decoration.
