To prepare this drink we must have previously prepared the Kombucha. We can also find it already prepared in supermarkets and department stores. But it will not have the same properties. Since, in order to be marketed, it has had to previously go through processes that eliminate the living agents of this drink. Therefore, its benefits are considerably lower.

Even so, preparing homemade Kombucha is not risk-free, which is why we insist on the importance of hygiene in the place where we are going to prepare it.

Once we have our Kombucha ready, after the first fermentation, preparing this drink is as simple as adding orange juice and grated fresh ginger. We will let it rest again in a cool and dark place for two to four days, so that it gets gas again, and we will have our refreshment ready.
In addition, the spicy touch of the ginger combines perfectly with the sweetness of the orange. And, as we always say, the quantities are estimates. If you really like the touch of ginger and you want a stronger drink, you can always increase the amount of ginger to add.

Once the drink is ready, we will pass it to the refrigerator to take it very cold, since it is the best way to drink it. And, before consuming it, we can strain it to remove the remains that may have been left.
