For the dough
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 Tbsp Yeast
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Water
- Salt
For the Pizza
- 3 Tbsp tomato sauce
- mushrooms (mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, poplar mushrooms...)
- 1/2 spring onion
- Sliced mozzarella cheese
- Grated cheese
For the pizza dough base
In a bowl, put the flour, yeast and salt. Mix well and make a well in the middle. Add the warm water and the olive oil. Mix well with a wooden spoon until it is homogeneous.

Then put the dough on a smooth and previously floured surface and knead with your hands for about 5 minutes. Until it is smooth. Make a ball and put it back in the bowl. Cover with a cloth and set aside.Let it rest for at least half an hour until it rises. Once it has rested, continue kneading until the dough has tension. That is, if it returns to its shape, it is ready. Shape it and cover it with the tomato and grated cheese.
