Ingredients

  • 4 turkey tenderloins
  • 2 oranges juiced
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the meat. With the prepared tenderloins, sliced into fillets, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet. Season the fillets with salt and pepper beforehand. Wait for the oil to be hot, then add the fillets. Cook for about 5-10 minutes (depending on their thickness and desired doneness), but avoid overcooking them as they will be cooked again with the sauce. Once cooked to your liking, set them aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the orange juice, mustard, and honey. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated. Cook for a couple of minutes or until the sauce reduces slightly.
  • Add the fillets back into the skillet and cook for a few more minutes together with the sauce.
  • And there you have it, a wonderful dish of turkey tenderloin in orange and mustard sauce. A delicious meal that will be enjoyed by everyone.
