Start by cooking the meat. With the prepared tenderloins, sliced into fillets, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet. Season the fillets with salt and pepper beforehand. Wait for the oil to be hot, then add the fillets. Cook for about 5-10 minutes (depending on their thickness and desired doneness), but avoid overcooking them as they will be cooked again with the sauce. Once cooked to your liking, set them aside.
In the same skillet, add the orange juice, mustard, and honey. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated. Cook for a couple of minutes or until the sauce reduces slightly.
Add the fillets back into the skillet and cook for a few more minutes together with the sauce.
And there you have it, a wonderful dish of turkey tenderloin in orange and mustard sauce. A delicious meal that will be enjoyed by everyone.
