Ingredients
  

To cook the pasta

  • 300 g Pasta of your choice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

For the spinach, artichoke and cheese sauce

  • 350 g Spinach
  • 300 g Artichoke hearts
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g Spreadable cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Scrumbled cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Crushed pepper

Instructions
 

  • First we are going to take the artichoke hearts and we are going to cook them for about fifteen minutes in water. Drain them and set aside.
    300 g Artichoke hearts, Salt
  • In the same water, cook the pasta. Add the bay leaf and the garlic, peeled and whole. Add a drizzle of oil to the water to prevent the pasta from sticking.
    300 g Pasta, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 bay leaf, Olive oil

For the sauce

  • While the pasta is cooking, let's make the sauce.
    In a frying pan, add a little oil, once hot, sauté the spinach. Once sautéed, add the artichoke hearts, and sauté everything together for about ten minutes
    350 g Spinach, Olive oil, 300 g Artichoke hearts
  • Add the cream cheese and keep stirring, add the milk, let it integrate everything and add the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    200 ml cream, 1/2 cup Milk, Garlic powder, Crushed pepper, Salt
  • When you have the pasta cooked, drain it, put aside the garlic and the bay leaf and add it to the sauce. Mix well, add some grated cheese, and serve.
    It's ready to eat!

Notes

NOTE: If you want to make them even better, add a little grated cheese on top, and put them a few minutes to gratin in the oven.
You can also finish decorating your dish with a few chopped pine nuts on top.
