- 2 Bread sticks
- 30 Oz Minced meat
- 1 Egg
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Shredded cheese
- Tomato sauce
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Salt
In a deep dish we are going to put the meat. Mix with the parsley, pepper, salt (to taste), cheese, egg, bread crumbs and garlic (finely chopped). Mix well with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass with the meat and seasonings.Once well mixed, we make the meatballs. We have to make the meatballs very big. 30 Oz Minced meat, 1 Egg, 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs, 1/2 Cup Shredded cheese, Parsley, Pepper, Salt, 1 Garlic clove
Once ready, fry the meatballs in a frying pan with a little oil or butter. When they are ready (they have taken a dark color) add the tomato sauce and let it cook together for a few minutes.
Tomato sauce
Cut the loaves of bread in two, and open them only on one side, so that the other side is united. Spread the bread with the tomato sauce where we have cooked the meatballs. Put the meatballs that fit in each sandwich and serve hot.
