Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 5 Bay Leaves
  • 5-6 black peppercorns (optional)

Instructions
 

  • We start by peeling the garlic. We will chop them into small pieces. Or, we can slice them. Cut them as you usually use them in your recipes.

  • Put the pieces in an airtight glass container. Add the oil, bay leaf and pepper.
    1 cup Olive Oil, 5 Bay Leaves, 5-6 black peppercorns
  • Cover tightly and store in a cool, dry place. Leave at least 5 days for the garlic to get more flavor. Then, they will be ready to use in any recipe, both for cooking and raw.
