Ingredients
  

  • 6 Avocados (medium)
  • 3 Tomatoes (small)
  • 1 Onion (small)
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp Fresh Cilantro
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • We begin by peeling the onion and chopping it into very small cubes. We also chop the tomatoes, as small as possible.

  • Choose the ripest avocados you see, as it will be easier to make the recipe and they will be richer.
    Cut them in half and remove the stone. Empty the avocados with the help of a spoon and dice them.

  • Mix the three finely chopped ingredients in a bowl, lightly mashing with a fork some avocado chunks to break it up.
    Add the lime juice and mix well.
    Incorporate the cilantro, finely chopped and add salt to taste. Mix well.
    Your homemade guacamole is ready.
