  • 2,2 lbs Pork Ribs
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Water
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • We begin by cooking the ribs. We will put them in a large pot with salted water for 1 hour and a quarter, over medium heat. Cut them so that they fit whole.

  • When we remove them from the fire, take them out of the pot carefully so as not to break them. (The meat will be very tender and may break). Preheat the oven to 350ºF and place the ribs on the baking sheet. Cover them with plenty of barbecue sauce and bake them for 45 minutes.
