- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- 1 bouquet basil
Before starting we will sterilize the glass jar where we are going to make the oil. It will be enough to boil it for a few minutes in water.
When we have our clean jar, we add the oil, the peeled garlic and the basil leaves also cleaned (remove the stems). We can wash the basil under the tap, but it will lose too much aroma. An alternative is to wipe the leaves with a cloth. 250 ml Olive Oil, 4-5 Garlic cloves, 1 bouquet basil
Once we have all the ingredients in the oil, we will keep it in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight, for about 30 days. After that time, it will be ready to use.
