Ingredients
  

  • 10 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Cup coarse Salt

Instructions
 

  • We start by peeling the garlic, put them in a mortar and crush them well, until no piece is too big.

  • We include the salt and continue crushing so that both ingredients are mixed. We put it in a jar, uncovered and keep it in a cool, dry place for 3-4 days.
    1 Cup coarse Salt
  • After that time we check that it has dried completely. Then, we can use our garlic salt or pass it through a grinder to give it a much more homogeneous texture.
