Today we bring you a recipe for an informal dinner or a very hearty meal. The Meatball Sub is a powerful sandwich made with meatballs and tomato. No doubt it will leave you speechless as soon as you try it. In Puerto Rico, this snack is known as “albondigazo” in Puerto Rico. This snack of giant meatballs was born in the United States, around the 20th century. Although its exact origin and who invented it is not clear, it is related to Italian immigrants in the United States, who made these spectacular meatballs to accompany spaghetti.

Nutrition
Don’t you think it’s an amazing Sub? Although this Meatball Sandwich is very filling, it’s delicious, and a day is a day. Who isn’t crazy about dipping bread in meatballs? Well, that’s what this sandwich does. You can toast the bread lightly before putting the meatballs in. This way it will be much tastier.
Some people add more cheese on top once the sandwich is assembled. Without a doubt, it is a great idea. If you also love cheese, add a little more once you put the meatballs, taking advantage of the fact that they are still warm so that it melts.
