Leek and Apple Cream
- 3 Leeks
- 2 Apples
- 2 Potatoes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- We start our recipe by preparing the ingredients. We wash and cut the leeks. We also prepare the apple and the potatoes, which we peel and cut into cubes.
- Now, in a pot with a drizzle of oil, we are going to put the leeks over medium heat for about 5 minutes.Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 Leeks
- After this time, add the apples and potatoes. Cover with water, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for about 20 minutes.2 Apples, 2 Potatoes, Salt, Pepper
- We continue putting the ingredients in the blender. Add a little of the cooking broth, but not all of it. When you have blended the cream, add more broth if necessary, to taste.
