Ginger-Garlic Vinegar Recipe
To make this flavored vinegar we are simply going to let the vinegar macerate for a few days with the ginger and garlic.
Five days at the most will be enough for the ginger and crushed garlic to release all their flavor. If we leave it for more days it can ferment and this is not what we are looking for.
Therefore, after the resting time for the vinegar to take the flavor of the garlic and ginger, we are going to strain it to leave it ready to use.
Always remember to macerate and store the flavored vinegars in glass jars. Never use plastic or metals, as vinegar is corrosive to these materials.
